Glad you found useful information in the post and thanks for sharing with your community. With so many family businesses in the US, making changes without destroying either the business or the family, can be challenging. The more people are aware of their options, the better. In one business, with a father and two sons (one of whom wanted to leave) it took 3 years to make the transition. John
