Recap of the Video…
I got a new (old) computer that will serve as my new “desktop” .
Also questioning again whether or not I should continue with these stupid videos.
The poll was a total flop, that’s why I can’t make up my mind about the vids.

Joe, what’s your goal for making these videos? If you’re trying to sell your consulting services, then in my opinion, the videos are much too casual and rambling. Put on a shirt, tidy up the room, sit up straight or lean toward the camera, and talk enthusiastically for a couple of minutes. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but you did ask.

Actually, the vids are just for a recap of the week, not really meant to promote anything in particular.
The place is a bit more of a mess than usual because I had the new (old) computer torn apart to upgrade it. I was taking a break from that to do the vid.
If I start promoting things in the vids, I will surley take your advice about doing a more professional presentation.

Well then, the bigger question is what’s the goal of this blog? Do the videos support that goal?

As the Tagline says, Trials, Tribulations and Triumps of a Small Business Owner. The only real “goal” is to share what I have learned, how it can help other people in the same situation. Nothing more, nothing less.
