When you work at home – or have your own business things can be difficult to get done. And when you are the only employee it’s hard to do everything.
This is what I found – and I knew that there were people that could do things better than me. So I decided to hire a few contractors. Some are people that I have known for a while and we have always helped each other. Others are people that I interviewed for a specific project. Those people worked out great and I kept using them.
They might be freelancers, contractors whatever…it doesn’t matter what you call them. They are people that you can use to get the job completed. They meet your high standards, they do a great job and in the end the client is thrilled!
Some people may think – why give money away to these contractors when you can do the work all yourself and make that money too? WHY? These people can be good for your business in so many ways. They can help you grow, make more money and get time…time with your family, time that is precious to you in many ways.
Having your own business and working at home can be great things – but let me tell you – contractors are great additions too!
