		<description>Brooke, this is such a great post and so important.  I try to get some reading in every night to calm myself down and get work and the kids out of my head before I go to sleep!  I think today everyone is so busy, it&#039;s easy to forget that you need to wind down once in a while.</description>

		<description>Brooke -  Great ideas.  15 minutes is NOT enough!  I&#039;d up that to at LEAST 30 minutes a day.   I find that an iPod or iPhone is a great way to de-stress during those down-time periods.  Listening to music, a podcast or favorite audio book can be a great relaxer.</description>
