Hey Briongloid,
(I know that's not your real name) ;-)
I agree with Stumbleupon and Delicious, Digg I'm waiting to see what Google does with them. But they are more BookMarking sites, not really social as far as I can figure.
I am starting to lean more towards Plurk myself, but I still kinda like Twitter.
I think Plurk is more of a conversational thing where anybody can participate in the convo. Twit is more one sided to me.

I like Delicious and Stumbleupon, as I find them the least amount of hassle. Digg are decent too.

I also use Reddit but I think they're painful; you have to wait ten minutes between posts and their captchas are diabolical.

As for others, I use MyBlogLog & Social URL to propagate various blogs and accounts. I also like Last FM, though more as a hobby site than anything.

Hey Steve,
I agree. Problem seems to be that the "Social Media" sites are not all social together?
If only they could all just get along.

I think it is time for consolidation of social media platforms, so in that spirit my vote would go for pingfm, flock, iPhone apps etc. I guess I want a social media portal which pulls together the best of all worlds in a single site.
