Another Great Prize Added for the Blog vs Website Writing Project (I’m not above bribery)

Is it me? Is it something I said? Is it the Subject Matter? What is It? questionmark.jpg

I started what I thought was a pretty good writing contest, Blog vs Website. I think most of the people that read Working at Home on the Internet have an opinion one way or the other on this subject. It is, as I mentioned in the introductory post, the Top Search Term for me of people who are investigating some type of Home Business and end up landing on the Blog vs Website Series.

So, what is it?

Liz Strauss from Successful Blog has a great eBook on offer as a prize, I have two of the Top People involved in Internet Marketing and Design for Business – Chris Garrett and Dawud Miracle - as Judges and an opportunity to grab a piece of the pie from one of my biggest SEO draws from Google.

The Fourth of July Holiday?

Ok, I realize it that there is a pretty big Holiday coming up this weekend in the U.S. and people may have party plans in the making and not really thinking of my little contest.

How about if I sweeten the pot just a little?

How about my personal (hard)copy of:

Step Into The Spotlight!  (’Cause All Business is Show Business) A Guide to Getting Noticed

by Tsufit

For the Runner-up?

Now, bear in mind, this is just meant as an added enticement to you, my dear readers, into taking a little time out of your busy Holiday schedule to participate in the Blog vs Website Writing Project. But, I highly recommend everyone read Step Into The Spotlight and Liz’s eBook The Secret to Writing a Successful and Outstanding Blog for those of us who are trying to Succeed in our own Home Business and become a winning Work at Homer.

Well, you know, I WOULD, except I don’t use my blog for business … at least not yet. I plan on monetizing it eventually, but I haven’t yet!

      Hey Deb,
No, it doesn’t HAVE to be about Business per se, just the differences between a Blog and a Website for whatever your purposes are. Could be business, personal, charity, whatever.
Sorry if I wasn’t clear on the whole objective. I figured since the blog is about working at home, most people would just gravitate to that area.
      My Bad.
Please share your thoughts on which works best for you!
Thanks for pointing ME in the right direction.
      J.
