Something I’m considering doing…

Joining the 21st Century! romanruins.jpg

I have signed up for a couple of new services I found that I think could help me keep up with the times. No, not all the social media stuff, that’s way overdone. Things that could help me get information to people in a more effective way on my Blogs.

  1. Revver… This one I “found” on ProBlogger. Darren has been using this for his Video Presentations for a bit now. If Darren uses it, I know it is something that can be trusted to perform to high expectations.
  2. Free Screen Casts… Another “found” on a trusted Blog that I read all the time. Techie Buzz has never steered me wrong on a recommendation yet, so it is a good bet that this will work well for Step by Step instructions for tutorial type posts.

I did make a test vid over on my MCBS Blog, go take a look and tell me if you want to see more of that ugly mug. Either here or there.

I haven’t made any Screen Casts yet that have been published. I’m going to do that if and when the need arises. I can see that more on the Consulting Blog, but I will use it here if you think it’s a good idea.

Let me know.

Joe

Not to worry, I’ll let you know how well things work out. I’ll probably even do a review on both services.

J.
