The dropping of PR did not seem to affect any of my SERPs for my blog. So if you think about it from a pure search engine results perspective, it didn't matter. However, the Ghillie blog went to PR2 from 0. It has no ads and gets 1/4 traffic of my other one. I'm sure my other blog has been permanently slapped.
