Working at Home on the Internet

Helping You Run an Internet Home Business

Taking Time to Play With My New Laptop

I know I promised a post today about the differences in Working AT, FROM and OUT OF your home, and I re-promise I will do it for tomorrow!

I’m just too excited today because I just got my Brand New (well, refurbished) Laptop.
It is a DELL Inspiron 1501 and I am just learning how to set things up and get them the way I want them. It is a totally different feel to  the keyboard and it seems the keys were actually set up for someone with much smaller fingers than I have.

So far I am happy with it, but it has only been an hour or so. I keep hitting the Caps Lock instead of the Shift Key and for some reason the “n” keeps showing up as I hit the space bar. It is me, not the computer. I have to keep the fingers closer together when typing.

Frankly, I am sitting out on my patio with a nice cold  beer and enjoying the weather playing with my new toy. So, I’ll see you tomorrow when I get back to Business (another advantage to Working at Home!).

    1. Enjoy that laptop, Joe. I would never be without one again.

    2. Hey Rick,
I love it, I even had it connected to the wireless network at home. Then my neighbor “Helped” me and now I have to re-do everything.
Oh, well. Live and Learn, huh?
