      Hey Adam,
      No, I never really wrote a whole post about Blog Carnivals, just as part of a Blog Tips post.
      I think it would be a good idea to write a whole post about Carnivals since they work so well to get “on the radar”.
      My suggestion is (if you want to host a carnival) go to http://blogcarnival.com/bc/ and sign up and jump in with both feet.
      Be sure to pick a topic that fits well with your Blog, grab a link to YOUR Carnival and write a post inviting Bloggers to participate at least a week before you want to publish it (with small reminders a few times). And keep a link in the sidebar, it helps a lot for future carnivals.
