Here we go once again with a Meme. This one is from April Groves and she calls it the “Opi”. She tagged Chris Cree who in turn tagged me.
I’m not sure how it is supposed to go, the Future me in Present Tense or as Chris did his, the Future me in Past Tense, or even How many Years in the Future. So, I’ll just write something Future me and let’s see what Tense it comes out as.
Joe’s Opi…
Things sure have changed sinced I first started Working at Home on the Internet. Congress Finally passed the Net Neutrality Act of 2011 and I think my testimony in front of Congress helped a little. It was touch and go for a bit, what with Al Gore trying to take credit once again for creating the internet and wanting All Rights Reserved for AlGore.com/owner/internet.
My business took off way back in 2009 when I finally took my own advice and wrote out a business plan for the Corporation. Now that all the employees have remote access implants, they can work anytime, day or night wherever they happen to be in the world. Some of them even come up with great innovations in their sleep. I think the Dream Software that translates dreams into reality was one dream come true.
Did I mention that I can finally afford to take that long awaited trip to the ISS? Yeah, I’m going on the trip next week with Sir Paul and Ringo, I hear it’s their first time too. Should be fun.
Bzzzzzzz….
Ah, man… Time to get up already??? YYyaaaawwwnnnn…
Oh, well back to the present present, the here and now. Time to tag some of you poor guys.

What a humorous post! A lot of fun…that remote access idea is crazy!
Thanks for playing!
Hey April,
Thanks for the opportunity to play.
I had fun writing this one.
Whoa. This is a very interesting one. Let me noodle on it for a bit, since thinking even one hour ahead has been a challenge of late…..
All the best.
Joe, Great Opi! I’ll see you in Congress!
Hey Terry,
I think you can handle it with the wisdom and insight you have accumulated over the years (even more in the future).
Maybe Sir Paul & I will see you on the Space Station
Chris, if I’m not mistaken, YOU are the one who drove me to D.C. for the Hearing. Didn’t I mention that?
