Looking for Employees? Looking for Work?
There seems to be a bit of a problem with the Online Job Market. It’s broken because too many Employers spend too little time on Hiring the Right People for the Right Job.
Ben Yoskovitz along with Fred Ngo and Austin Hill have resolved to remedy this situation. They have started a company to bring the right employers and the right employees together.
I have known Ben online for at least a year and a half and have come to trust his business sense. I have followed his progress and successes throughout that time and think this could be one of his biggest triumphs.
Although they are only just beginning this endeavour, the potential is there to help not only the Employer, but the prospective employee as well. Finding the right match is important on both sides of the coin which helps improve both business and worker satisfaction.
That makes for happy customers too and that’s where the money comes from.
This looks like a winner to me for everyone involved. Best of Luck to All.

This is not a paid endorsement, but I thought it could be useful to a few of my readers.

Joe - thanks for mentioning Standout Jobs.
I’m sure a few of your readers will also be interested in Startup Spark and the writing position there, and I’m sure someone will do a great job with b5’s blog.

Hey Ben,
I think it’s a great idea and wish you all the best with it. I’m sure it will be a hugh success.
I did mention the b5 job, but wanted to highlight Standout Jobs as a Good Luck and Best Wishes type post.
