Hi!
My name is Liz Strauss. I write a little blog, and Joe is an important part of it.
Joe and I met more than a year ago. He has been my friend from the very start. Sometimes friends recognize each other from word one, maybe that was it. That’s not to say that we knew then what we know, but I think we might have suspected it. Joe interviewed me for his blog on June 6, 2006. So when Joe asked me to guest post, I thought maybe this post should be about him.
If This Were Camelot
In days of King Arthur and the round table, certain things counted for a lot. They traits that earned a guy seat at that famous round table that we’ve all heard about.
- Honesty
- Loyalty
- Gallantry
- Chivalry
- Friendship
- Intelligence
- Love of Beauty
- Respect
- Bravery
- Vulnerability
- Punctuality
- The Ability to Count Comments on Open Comment Night
Okay, so I made some of them up.
I’ve read deep and wide on the Arthur legends and I don’t think that Arthur would mind one little bit. He would agree that my list has the right stuff.
What I’m saying here is that during my time in the blogosphere, Joe has made things better, made me better, and if this were Camelot, he most certainly be Sir Joe.

You do me honor with such vississitudes and accolaides for such a lowly vassel as me-self.

Hey Liz
Shouldn’t this have finished with
…”Arise Sir Joe” so we can all imagine Joe with sword blade on his shoulder kneeling before Queen Liz.
Ok so I get a bit whimsical some times!!!
