smileylizmini.jpg Many of you already know Liz from the World Famous Successful Blog. I would like to introduce you to another side of Liz that some of you may not know, the Perfect Virtual Manager. She already has 3 “Successful Blogs”, the one called Successful Blog, LizStrauss(dot)com and her personal writing Blog Letting me be… Well, Liz has recently begun another project to help the Small Business Owner hone their Managerial skills.

As a sample of Liz’s expertise, here is an excerpt from the About page of LizStrauss(dot)com…

Liz Strauss has worked over 20 years in print, software, and online publishing. As VP and Publisher for an American textbook company, Liz developed products and strategic plans with publishers in Europe, Australia, the UK, and Ireland. She has trained beginning writers and editors, and she has planned products and marketing plans with CEOs of corporate giants such as Reed Elsevier and Wolters Kluwer.

So, without further adieu, I will turn it over to Liz to give you a little deeper insight into the Perfect Virtual Manager concept.

Getting Started

Behind every Successful small business is an Outstanding Manager.

The Perfect Virtual Manager is a service that comes in many forms offering skills and support to people working outside the traditional work setting. Managerial and peer conferencing, feedback, direction, and/or collaborative strategic support and several Collateral Documents, Guides, Free Resources, E-book, and Podcasts are offered at these levels.

How to enter

To enter the program is easy and can happen in the way that best suits each client’s needs

  • A client can choose a level at which to work.
  • A client can choose a conference call to set a job description for the PVM.
  • A client can choose to use the needs assessment and conference call to write a job description for the PVM

Whether it’s a simple conference call or a deep needs assessment that gets us to agreement on what my role and job description will encompass as your Perfect Virtual Manager it’s totally up to you and the skills you want to develop or the support you want to have at your disposal.

Perfect Virtual Manager Map

All packages are based on an hourly bundle per month that make it easy for you to track. Choose the time you think you’ll need. Unused time rolls over, much like a certain cell phone plan.

If you think Liz may be able to help you in your business or would like more information to see if you could benefit from her service, visit the Perfect Virtual Manager and …tell Liz I sent you.

And in case you are wondering, there are no strings attached. No unauthorized advertisements, linking, e-mail, spamming or anything underhanded at all. None of these Endorsements are Paid. This is purely my attempt to help any Home Business Entrepreneur in any way I can through cooperative exposure.

    2. Hey Liz,
Thanks for the compliment. This is just my little way to give back to the community.
We all work hard at what we do and a bit more exposure may lead to that customer/client that makes a difference. :-)

    3. Joe, Liz is right! It’s one of the things that I think make your site so wonderful… that your goals here are more to get as much info as you can, and push it out there for people who need it.

I found her VM site a few weeks ago, and after all I’ve read on her SB site, I know that Liz would be THE PERFECT VM! Unfortunately, I’m a little too overwhelmed with bills to do anything with her right now, but I hope some day I can give her a call! :)

Thanks again, Joe, and my info’s on it’s way to you.

    4. Hey Lara,
      Thanks.
I know the feeling about the bills, but this is the beginning of New Year so we can all start anew.
Your spot on the Featured Home Business is already waiting for you. :-) Take your time, it will be there when you are ready.
