CPA is not really a bad thing if the advertisers match your blog in overall theme. People are looking for something when they go online and this could be a way to reach some of your readers. ;-)

		<description>Just visited Blogkit, it seems that they are a cost-per-action advertising network that allows web publishers to make money referring customers to merchants. And they claim that Blogkit can be used together with AdSense.

I may test them later.</description>
