Although the Blog B-Day Carnival went fairly well for the month of October, this month (November) only had 3 submissions.  The submissions received were not in the Spirit of the Carnival (they were Spammy) so I have decided to cancel it.

If you would like to host any future Blog B-Day Carnivals, you are more than welcome. Go to the Blog Carnival Page and send your information through the contact page there.

I will not be adding any further Blog B-Day Carnivals to be hosted here.

For those of you interested and/or participating in the Working at Home Blog Carnival, it will continue as usual every Friday (including tomorrow).  It continues to grow every week, and promises to have some of the best articles on the subject of working at home.

    1. Hey Joe,

Sorry about the B-Day Carnivals, but the Friday gigs are going well for you. Obviously I’m a little late for this week, but it’s on my calendar and I’ll be participating from next Friday on. I’ve also decided to join the fun with some of my own three times a month, the 10th, 20th, 30th.

    2. Hey Carolyn,

I never really expected the Blog B-day thing to go much more than Liz, Cat and my Blogs B-days in October anyway. I just thought there may be others that wanted to celebrate the way we did. Guess not…

Good on you for starting your own, they take some work, but are well worth it. :-)

My Carnival is getting bigger each week, I guess I’m just lucky. But, I am enjoying it more and more, and am getting some really great articles submitted that help me and my readers.

I’m waiting for your first entry in the carnival and can’t wait to enter yours. Give me a link here when you announce it and I will make sure to link to it.

    3. Hi again Joe,

After leaving my last comment here, I went right over to list the first carnival. Next step: promo. But that can wait ’til morning when I’m fresh.

BTW, the new site’s running, if you want to see where your help went.

    4. Hey Carolyn,

I stopped by your new site, looks really cool and very different from your old one. :-)

Needs some tweaking though, I tried to leave a comment and the info input is blocked by your end of post boarder.

Not to worry though, it always takes a little time to get used to new things (with a little tweaking). ;-)

    5. Hey Joe,

The site’s a beauty, isn’t it? Another thing on my list: write to and thank template author.

Thanks for telling me about the comments. I’ll work on that first thing.

    6. Hey Carolyn,

      Yeah, I like, I like…

You Need Comments. How else can people have a conversation with such a good writer? ;-)

    7. Hey Joe,

So glad you like. But, the comments are working. Tony Clark sent one and it came through beautifully. Could it be a browser difference, I wonder?

    8. Carolyn,

I just commented on your blog using IE7 and FireFox both. I still see the Bleed through of the comments on the bottom boarder on each browser.

      Is Tony using something different?

    9. Joe,

I see what you mean. It’s only on the most recent comment, but it shouldn’t be at all. The best I can say right now is “I’ll work on finding an answer”.

    10. Carolyn,

Your comments “call” is probably above the (div) and should be below in your index php.

At least that’s where I would start.
