Working at Home on the Internet

Helping You Run an Internet Home Business

Blog-Tipping IV

Easton Ellsworth of Business BlogWire started a thing called Blog-Tipping a couple of months ago. On the first of each month, we should pick three Bloggers we read and give them three compliments and a helpful tip. Since I think it is such a great idea, I thought I would try my hand at it another time (This is becoming a good habit).

So, for This Months Blog-Tipping Event:

WHAM Connections… Tammy Ames

1. Tammy presents very useful information, not just for the work at home mom, but to anyone who has a home business.

2.  The site is full of links to good leads for people who have an interest in being self employed.

3.  Overall look is nice and clean with plenty of options to subscribe to RSS feeds and her Newsletter.

Tip… You may want to shorten your Main Page a bit to allow for faster loading.

Another Blogger… Aaron B Hockley

1.  Aaron has a lot of humor on his blog, and does have a way of getting your attention.

2.  The blog is based on short rants of whatever comes to Aaron’s attention, especially about Portland or Vancouver (or politics).

3.  Everything is written in an easygoing manner and is easy to read.

Tip… Write longer posts, tell more of the story as you see it.

JenSense… Jennifer Slegg

1.  This is the first place to look for answers to your questions about Contextual Advertising.

2.  Jennifer explains the ins and outs of using AdSense, Yahoo! etc so that even I understand what’s going on.

3.  If there is breaking news about anything regarding contextual advertising, you will find it here first.

Tip… Give us more, give us more.

I think this is a worthwhile project and hope you try your hand at Tipping a Blog(ger) next month. My plan is to continue this project monthly because I like the whole idea of being helpful to other Bloggers and sharing the Link Leak Virus in this way as well.

Have you Tipped a Blog lately? Who was it? How did it make you feel?

    1. I did my three yesterday and will be putting up an honor roll of all the blogtippers I could find this time around. I also want to tell others about some of the great blogs I discovered via blogtipping this month. Thanks for these links and ideas, Joe!

    2. Hey Easton,

I was at your site this morning, nice list of business blogs from BlogTipping.

I think this is a fun project. But after this week, I may (or not) be linked out. ;-)

    4. Hey Tammy,

Not a problem, I think you present really useful info to the Work at Home person.

I think Blogtipping is fun, it helped my, so I feel that’s the least I can do for other Bloggers.
