Hey Jess,

I find getting outside and doing lawn work or something that takes my mnind off what I am doing works best for me.

The problem I was talking about is that sometimes you need to get away from work, work, work, and get some type of distraction.

Pretty much what you said.

Personally, I have a horrible attention span. I have about a million things I'd like to do or need to do (learn German, work on my blogs and websites, my freelancing business, not to mention my day job, house work, etc.) so I find if I'm bored with everything, I just find something new to be excited about. It might be a new project, a new book, a new forum, or hopefully I find excitement in one of my many existing projects.

If you're feeling apathetic, try finding excitement in something else for a while. Or try to rediscover what you were excited about in the past and if there is a new way you can express and explore that.
