I hope you&#039;re right.  The problem is more in the fact that once the telco&#039;s have control of who gets preferred treatment, it doesn&#039;t really matter what the government says (nor us for that matter).

Google is actually fighting this as much as the regular guy, so it could affect searches.

Also, I like to think the Canadian (and to some degree, German) government is a bit more clever and not pro-business when it comes to things like this. I guess only time will tell.</description>
